I do however differ in opinion on one thing; making a plan. I personally think that no matter what you do, you always need a plan and work accordingly. You're right when you say it changes all the time, but having a plan is crucial to focus and as you know focus is easily lost when people are innovating...... However, the plan should be written by a very limited amount of people who call the shots, otherwise you right; it will take too long because too many cooks spoil the brew, and nothing will ever happen.....
